The online presence for John M. Russell Construction, a 40-plus-year, award-winning concrete contractor serving Newberg and the Portland metro.

What we built

Ran a full local-growth engagement: rebuilt and optimized the Google Business Profile (hidden-address service area, posts, and ongoing upkeep), built new local landing pages for the towns and services he works in, set up a review-generation system, claimed and optimized directory profiles (Procore and others), and standardized his business information and local structured data across the web — turning a near-invisible online presence into calls, reviews, and inbound bids.

Results

• Rebuilt his Google Business Profile as a hidden-address, service-area listing and kept it active — searchers now reach a phone call instead of a home address
• Grew Google reviews from 2 (in 40+ years, neither with a written note) to 8 five-star reviews, each with written praise, across two review-request campaigns
• Built new local landing pages targeting the towns and services he actually works, so he surfaces for local searches
• Claimed and optimized his directory profiles — reached page one of Newberg concrete contractors on Procore — and standardized his business info across the web
• Days after his contractor-network profile went live, a general contractor invited him to bid on a commercial project — the first documented inbound bid invitation of the engagement
