How Information Is Processed

• Contact form submissions are delivered by Resend to colby@rootlabs.io and are also stored in our Supabase database.
• Newsletter subscriber data is stored in Supabase and notification emails are sent through Resend.
• The Sprout chat assistant stores conversation content in Supabase, including any name, phone number, or email address you provide, and uses a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate its replies.

Cookies and Tracking

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage information that helps improve site performance and content. The site does not use advertising trackers such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing technologies. Basic technical functionality, such as theme preferences stored in your browser, may use local browser storage.

Data Sharing and Selling

Personal information is not sold. Information is only shared with service providers needed to run the site and communications (for example, Supabase and Resend).

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number — through a form on this site, in writing, or verbally — we may send you text messages related to your enquiry or project, such as replies, scheduling, and status updates.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with service providers who help us deliver our messaging is limited to what is required to send the message, and those providers may not use it for their own purposes.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Your Rights and Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing colby@rootlabs.io. Requests are targeted to be handled within 30 days.
